In our store, we keep standard customer records for purchases and transfers as required by federal and California law. Our website uses self-hosted, privacy-respecting analytics (page views and anonymous usage statistics); we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We use your contact information to respond to your inquiry, coordinate FFL transfers and orders, and — if you're a customer who has given us your email — to send occasional store updates such as news, promotions, and training class announcements (typically once or twice a month). By submitting the contact form, you agree that we may call or text you back about your request.
Every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and permanently — we maintain a suppression list to make sure of it. You can also just tell us in the shop or reply to any email, and we'll take you off the list.
We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. Your information stays with our shop and the service providers we use to operate (such as our email delivery service), who may only use it to deliver our messages.
